DIET PLAN

What is our Diet Plan?

Our Diet Plan consist of a small, daily injection of a hormone present in both men and women, but which is produced in great amounts in pregnant females. During pregnancy, the substance helps controls the woman's metabolic function. In non-pregnant individuals, it triggers the hypothalamus to mobilize stored fat into the bloodstream to be used as energy, similarly increasing the metabolism.

How much weight will I lose with our Diet Plan?
Our typical dieters report a weight loss of 1 to 2 lbs a day. Most dieters will typically lose between 15 and 20 pounds over the 3 week course of treatment. The most important aspect is that you will maintain your lean body mass while utilizing only abnormal fat stores for calories.

Will I be hungry during the Diet Plan?
It is common for mild hunger during the first few days, however this will pass and by the 2nd week, you will find even very tiny servings, to be satisfying. This is partly due to your hypothalamus adjusting your metabolic rate, but largely due to the amount of calories circulating in your system from the fat being released.

Is it safe for men?
Yes. The injections in men also have the added affect of increasing endogenous testosterone production. The higher testosterone levels also help to increase lean body mass in males.

What are the side effects of the diet injections?
There are rarely side effects reported while using diet injections. The same type of injections are used for fertility reasons in larger dosages and they are known to cause occasional headaches, and pregnancy symptoms. However, the dosage differences between our diet protocol and injections used for fertility purposes is significantly different.

What preparations are required for diet injections?
Prior to treatment, the patient will have a thorough history and physical assessment. Laboratory exams including complete blood count, metabolic panel, thyroid levels, and cholesterol will be ordered. You will also have a body composition analysis determining percent body fat and lean body mass prior to the initiation of the diet plan.
